Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Xtreme Hip Hop with Studio SI

This is not your momma’s step class. We’ve got your step, music that motivates and instruction that is easy to follow! This class is great for all fitness levels and if you’ve never done step, no problem, you’ll fit right in.

Insanity

You’ll get a mix of our class formats in this calorie burning class! Full of energy, it’s a great way to sample something new or just get a full body workout all in one class.

PiYo

Bring a floor mat to this class.

PiYo is a unique blend of dynamic movements that incorporate balance, strength and functional training while also emphasizing the athleticism found in Pilates, yoga, dance training and sports conditioning. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. It includes modifications for all levels of participation, and is sure to provide progressions to challenge even the most advanced students. This class is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise.

CLUB FITNESS

This dance based fitness class allows you to shake the night away to your favorite club hits, under your favorite club lights. These dances will really get you moving while melting away pounds!

SI Fit

You’ll get a mix of our class formats in this calorie burning class! Full of energy, it’s a great way to sample something new or just get a full body workout all in one class.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

Bring a set of hand weights to this class! (Average: Women 3-7 lbs and Men 6-12 lbs)
