Welcome to Studio SI, where we rock your body.  Our business is group fitness in an environment that nurtures clients of all kind.  Our fitness programs include something for everyone no matter your age, fitness level, or skill level. From beginners to pros, this is the place for you.

Our fitness programs allow you to go at your own pace, while giving you the opportunity to burn 1000+ calories per hour! It’s as easy as a game of Follow the Leader.  Our staff will be there to guide you through every step. With AFAA (Aerobic & Fitness Association of America) certified, Zumba licensed, and highly trained professionals on your side, you are sure to get a complete and safe workout.

-ZUMBA

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

THE NEWBIE CLASS

This is a special two-hour class that will help you maximize your workouts at Studio SI.  During the first hour you will get a breakdown of our most often used steps and combos.  During hour two you will participate in a full out RoCKiN’ ZUMBA class!  The cost is $10 ! (This class is not part of any package deal at Studio SI.)

If you are a true “Newbie” please arrive 15 minutes early to register.

-ZUMBA TONING

Bring Zumba Toning Sticks (or hand weights under 3 pounds) and a floor mat to this class.

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

-R.I.P.P.E.D.

Bring a set of  hand weights to this class! (Average: Women 3-7 lbs and Men 6-12 lbs)

R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. -REFIT

People.  Community.  Fitness.  Culture.  REFIT® seeks to bridge these concepts with the purpose of creating connections and impacting people from the inside out.  REFIT stands confidently at the crossroads of faith and culture with the goal of creating an all-inclusive environment of varying sizes, ages, fitness levels, beliefs and values.

This will be a 45 minute interval style, dance fitness class creating an environment of fellowship utilizing clean moves, clean music and a positive message. At the end of each class you have the option of participating in a Christian prayer, reflection or devotion. As well as opportunities to connect with REFIT instructors and fellow participants outside of the studio walls where you can find encouragement on a deeper level aside from just attending classes together.

-HANG

Check out this boot camp style, high intensity interval training class. See if you can HANG for 15, 30, or 45 minutes at a time! These quick workouts are sure to grab your attention even if you don’t have the time for a complete 1-hour routine!

You will find these classes on our calendar followed by a number, for example HANG15 denotes a 15 minute HANG class.

TURBOKICK

Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! You’ll love having fun and losing weight. This is Chalene Johnson’s class version of the ever popular TurboJam seen on t.v.

-PiYo

Bring a floor mat to this class.

PiYo is a unique blend of dynamic movements that incorporate balance, strength and functional training while also emphasizing the athleticism found in Pilates, yoga, dance training and sports conditioning. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. It includes modifications for all levels of participation, and is sure to provide progressions to challenge even the most advanced students. This class is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise.

-PILOXING 

Bring a floor mat to this class.

PILOXING® uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. The program incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

-WERQ

WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop and taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. This class incorporates top 100 radio play tunes with hip-hop style dance moves that are easy to follow and fun!  Join us for this 50-minute class sure to make you sweat and give you a cardio workout you won’t regret!

-HIP HOP HUSTLE

Hip-Hop Hustle™ is a combination of hip-hop and dance moves choreographed to high energy and motivating music. This class is designed for everyone and is a great way to gain core strength. All moves are broken down and simplified step by step in order to ensure that everyone can participate. A real calorie burner!

-CLUB NIGHTS

If you love Zumba but sometimes wish for the dim lights and hits you hear in the club then this class is for you. You’ll shake the night away to your favorite club hits and dances that really get you moving. This dance aerobic class will melt away pounds while you are doing nothing but having a little FUN!

-THE SOCIAL HOUR

A cardio, dance fitness class using a mix of  Motown music and Latin tunes, a low impact class that is sure to get you moving and burning calories!

-Zumba/Zumba Toning MIX

The Zumba Sentao™ workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strengthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!
